1.	We have approached your company for obtaining manpower of different categories
2.	You will be recommending candidates for the targeted categories & will be selected finally by us.
3.	We will be paying one month Gross Salary plus taxes as applicable or 8.33% of the annual gross package, (c to c)plus taxes as applicable of the selected candidate within 1 week from the date of selection of  candidate.
4.	The agreement is valid for 12 months.
5.	The copy of the appointment letter of the selected candidate should be sent for our reference.
6.   We give replacement guarantee of the candidate for three months.
